The EM Operations and Leadership Interest Section is dedicated to the research, development and implementation of Emergency Department Operations and Administration. Areas of expertise represented by its members include ED crowding, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, physician leadership, ED metrics and benchmarks, and ED operations. The section hosts an Operational Research Fellowship and a Leadership Fellowship.
